Mapungubwe Route
The sacred rock of Klein Bolay is the gateway to the Mapungubwe Route.
If you want to venture a bit further, a few kilometers down the road is the Mapungubwe world heritage site and national park, one of the richest archaeological sites in the country. Bushman paintings can be found close by and a trip to the Limpopo / Shashe river confulence promises to be a rewarding experience. You can enjoy self drive day trips or guided excursions.
